Day Retreats

I am very excited to be offering bespoke day retreats from a location in the Tyne Valley, a private Georgian house set in over an acre of its beautiful gardens. They are an opportunity to focus on any specific areas and to be able to take nourishment for yourself in a world which is rather fast paced. This is specifically tailored for those who feel it is simply too much to take more time away from their day to day existences. There will be maximum three people on each retreat day. As these are bespoke, every element can be tailored. These are a very beautiful gift for any busy individual. Each individual will enjoy a chat with me prior to the day to ensure the highest level of personalisation.

Private Bespoke Retreat Days 1:1This is a beautiful opportunity to really delve deep and take deep nourishment. My specialisation is transformation and I love watching the results that come out of this. Working one to one allows more organic flow and the opportunity to use whatever tools we feel we need, which can include, family constellation work, empowerment coaching, non violent communication, yoga, reiki, yoga treatments, breathwork, meditation and intuitive body reading.
