Family Constellations 

​Family constellations are about restoring the flow of love through the family system.  Putting relationships back in their rightful place, creating a deeper understanding and acceptance, whilst helping judgments fall away.

Depending on the nature of the work, it can be done one to one (sometimes online) or in a workshop setting. 

The beauty of this work is that only one member of the system need do the work for the entire family system to be transformed.

I have used this modality for myself for the last 15 years, deciding to train in 2017 with Krista Jarrard at the Centre for Systemic Healing www.familyconstellationwork.net in San Diego County and then with Charaka Satyam www.familyconstellationuk.co.uk in the UK.
