Hi I'm Monica, I’m a holistic wellness practitioner.

The pursuit of contentment and helping people to live a more joyful and balanced life has brought me to all that I offer. Initially this was an enquiry to aid my own survival, as it is from an experiential background that I come from. It is with much joy that I get to remind people of their own sparkle.

I really enjoy working intuitively, seeing what the best format is for you. If you don’t have any specific goals or focus, it is a beautiful opportunity to work organically, exploring what arises naturally.

I am most interested in helping you to move forward in the best way for you, whilst supporting your needs and desires along the way. My approach is to encourage independence and empowerment on every level.

I offer empowerment coaching, Yoga (including Pre and Post Natal and women’s wellness), Reiki (including equine and canine healing) and family constellations. I also love creating and curating bespoke recordings for busy individuals and wellness consultants and professionals for their own programmes. There are a beautiful series of meditations and focused series available to purchase online.

Two Beautiful Days at Brinkburn 10 am -4.30pm
Saturday and Sunday 25th and 26th January

Grounding and its importance in practice (this may include some yoga (as I have also been a yoga teacher for about 17 years) and art)
The Four Attunements (which are imperative when looking for Reiki training)
Spiritual/ energetic hygiene, so how to take care of yourself
Energy sensing exercises
The principles and story of Reiki
Applying Reiki to your life, how will it be used by you
Hand postures and connecting with the body
A beautiful lunch on both days
And, of course, setting intention with Reiki for 2025 (so in this sense it is more than just Reiki- I am very interested in empowering and amplifying)
