With the 15 minute chat I get to connect with the individual and identify how I can truly support them in this pursuit of greatest joy, support and contentment. For some it can be creating more focus, for others it is about remaining grounded or cultivating different qualities in their daily existence. The options are infinite. The bespoke element gives a beautiful opportunity to develop in whatever direction the individual is looking for, taking care of both the mind and body.
Reading people’s energies is one of my strengths, so creating what they need in that moment comes naturally.
