This can be in person or online, but my preference is usually in person initially. This would be from one of the two spaces I work from in Northumberland. I also sometimes work in London. This can be hands on or hands off and is a really delicious gift for someone, especially if they are just struggling with existence or require support. This is a very held, safe, private transformative space.
